Talencia is looking for an experienced Business analyst for one of his clients. Location: Brussels Start Date: January Duration: 1 year Language: English Homeworking: Partially remote Mission: This role requires strong expertise in cost-sharing principles and proven testing leadership. Core responsibilities include: Methodology & Requirements: Defining and implementing the cost-sharing methodology in coordination with internal experts. Gathering, validating, and refining all business, functional, and non-functional requirements, including conducting expert workshops. Testing Leadership (SAT/UAT): Leading all testing efforts by preparing the test strategy, drafting test use cases, coordinating testers, and overseeing the execution of System Acceptance Testing (SAT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Quality Assurance: Utilizing testing outcomes to refine requirements, performing critical reassessments, and ensuring strict compliance with programme documentation and timelines. Profile: ·Professional Expertise: Proven expertise in cost-sharing principles and methodology. Strong experience as a testing lead, including SAT/UAT management. ·Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with business analysis techniques (SWOT, BPM, Use Case Modelling) and IT tools/testing frameworks. ·Personal Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills, with the ability to balance the big picture with attention to detail. ·Mandatory Requirements: Master's degree, 5-10 years of relevant experience, fluency in English, and willingness to travel across Europe and work on-site when necessary.
